This isn’t Networking. It’s Connection.

We are part of a business community circle. Each independently running small businesses; everything from skincare to swimwear brands, from elevated gifting to sustainable living. Our brands and business footprints may look very different, but our entrepreneurial spirits are very much aligned.

This collaborative entrepreneurship unites us. Through ideas, resource sharing, group chats, and a deep sense of community, this group of women in e-commerce support one another.

Connection is the new currency of business growth. In this group we swap ideas. We troubleshoot tech. We share box suppliers, shipping platforms, and bundle apps - what works, and just as importantly, what doesn’t.

We may wear different shoes, but we’re walking the same path.

Connection Builds Momentum

Running a small business can be isolating, especially in e-commerce, where it’s often just you, your stock, and your computer screen. Connection solves more than loneliness; it supports progress and inspires.

Stuck on a Klaviyo flow? Someone’s there to help. Need a hamper box supplier? Someone’s got a contact to share and introduce you to. Wondering why you’re still working at 10pm? Someone else is too - and they’ll likely respond to the online chat.

On our Monday morning strategy Google Meets, we each map out our week ahead and celebrate milestones: whether its landing a first stockist, a product selling out, the first media mention. Every attendee’s win is shared. Each one either knows the effort it took to get there or we’re working towards a similar goal ourselves.

In the meeting we set business and personal goals - whether it's drinking a litre of water each day, walking outside, or tackling overdue tasks (hello Xero receipt reconciliations!). The little things matter. And when you have people who care enough to check in, and often facing the same challenges, the connection deepens.

At Hunted + Co, we believe in doing business beautifully. Thoughtfully. Ethically.

That belief is what led us here in the first place.

We are two sisters from creative industry backgrounds who left toxic workplaces led by people whose values simply didn’t align with ours. We knew we wanted to build differently. We wanted to do better, and be better.

And while we feel so lucky to have each other - to share the highs, the stress, the strategy, and the load, we still benefit every day from the wisdom, energy, and camaraderie of this community. We bring different questions to the table, bounce ideas off the group, and learn as much as we contribute. For those navigating solo, this circle offers something even more powerful: a sense of not being alone.
