At Hunted + Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not quite right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy from the date of delivery. If you've changed your mind or your item isn't quite what you expected, you can return it - we've got you covered. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt). Return postage must be sent via tracked shipping and is at your expense. Our original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

How to Return

  1. Please email us at info@huntedandco.com with your order number and advise the reason for return.
  2. We will send you return instructions and a return address.
  3. Post the item back to us using tracked postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Our original outbound shipping cost is also non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping rate will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered - we're so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and we'll make it right, fast. Where an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Beauty products
  • Personal care items

These items are still covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if they are faulty or not as described.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we may repair or replace the item.
