Every Hunted + Co. order is carefully packed and prepared with the same attention to detail as the pieces we curate. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timeframes and international orders.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer shipping throughout Australia via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, parcel weight and dimensions.

PO BOXES + PARCEL LOCKERS

We deliver to Australian PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.

Please enter your PO Box or Parcel Locker address at checkout exactly as provided by Australia Post.

Parcel Locker deliveries are subject to Australia Post's applicable size and weight requirements.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Dispatch timing

Orders placed before 1 PM Sydney time on business days will generally be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.

Weekend orders

Orders placed after 1 PM on Fridays, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Australia Post Standard: approximately 2–6 business days

  • Australia Post Express: approximately 1–3 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our control.

Regional and remote deliveries may require additional time.

OVERSIZED + BULKY ORDERS

For oversized or bulky items, additional shipping rates may apply based on the item's size, weight and delivery destination.

Where possible, shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Oversized items do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping, and additional shipping charges may apply where the actual shipping cost exceeds the standard rate.

For large items requiring a shipping quote, please contact us before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES + TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other fees when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Hunted + Co. is required to declare the full value of your order and provide accurate descriptions of the items being shipped. We cannot mark orders as gifts or alter item values for customs purposes.

If you are unsure whether duties or taxes may apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

If an international shipment is refused or returned because applicable customs duties, taxes or other charges have not been paid, any return shipping costs or other charges incurred by Hunted + Co. may be deducted from the refund.

Due to shipping restrictions, some oversized or bulky items may not be available for international delivery.

If you are located nearby and would like to arrange local pickup, please contact us before placing your order.

We'll confirm availability and organise a suitable collection time.

Once your order is ready, we'll provide pickup details.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase.

COMBINED SHIPPING + ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Our shipping system automatically calculates shipping for multiple items within a single order based on the parcel's combined weight and dimensions.

Additional items, including gift boxes and material gift bags, are included in the parcel's total weight and shipping calculation.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address, parcel weight and dimensions.

Your final shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY ISSUES + DELAYS

We carefully prepare and dispatch every order, but occasional delivery delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, peak periods or customs processing.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist and, where appropriate, work with the relevant shipping provider to resolve the issue.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your parcel appears to be lost, has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll work with the relevant shipping provider to investigate the issue and help resolve it.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and contact us with photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged item.

We recommend selecting a tracked shipping service where available.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
