Every Hunted + Co order is carefully packed and prepared with the same attention to detail as the pieces we curate. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timeframes, and international orders.
SHIPPING METHODS + TIMEFRAMES (within Australia)
We offer shipping within Australia via Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, parcel weight and dimensions.
PO BOXES
We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Please ensure you provide a complete street address at checkout to avoid delays.
If a PO Box is provided, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address or, if necessary, cancel the order.
STANDARD DELIVERY (Australia)
Dispatch Timing
Orders placed before 1 PM AEST on business days will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM AEST will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 1 PM AEST on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:
- Australia Post Standard: 3–7 business days
- Australia Post Express: 1–3 business days
- CouriersPlease: 1–3 business days to metro areas, with additional time possible for regional locations
Please note these timeframes are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
For regional deliveries, we recommend selecting Australia Post where available.
OVERSIZED + BULKY ORDERS (Australia Only)
For oversized or bulky items, additional shipping rates may apply based on the item’s size, weight and delivery destination.
These rates will be calculated at checkout where possible. Oversized items do not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping, and in some cases, additional shipping charges may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Hunted + Co offers international shipping via Australia Post International and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions and destination.

While we always aim to ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note that international orders may experience occasional delays due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES + TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees once they arrive in your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Hunted + Co is required to declare the full value of your order and provide accurate item descriptions. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or alter item values for customs purposes.
If you are unsure whether duties or taxes may apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or fees, any return shipping costs and applicable charges may be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to us.
Due to shipping restrictions, some oversized or bulky items may not be available for international delivery.
CLICK + COLLECT (LOCAL PICK UP)
If you are located near us and would like to arrange local pickup, please contact us before placing your order.
We will confirm availability and organise a suitable collection time. Once your order is ready, we will provide pickup details.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your purchase.
COMBINED SHIPPING / ADDITIONAL ITEMS
Our system automatically calculates combined shipping for multiple items within a single order to provide the most accurate shipping rate.
Additional items, including gift boxes or material gift bags, are included in your parcel’s total weight and shipping calculation.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address, parcel weight and dimensions.
Your final shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
DELIVERY ISSUES, DELAYS + LIABILITIES
While we carefully prepare and dispatch every order, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, natural disasters, or customs processing.
Once your order has been handed to the shipping provider, delivery is managed by the carrier. While we cannot control delays or issues during transit, we will always do our best to assist and work with the carrier where possible.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the carrier and support you in resolving the issue wherever possible.
We recommend selecting tracked shipping options where available.
