HOW TO USE YOUR AROMATHERAPY DIFFUSER
Fill the diffuser tank with clean water up to the fill line. Add 3 to 4 drops of your chosen essential oil, more for a larger tank or stronger scent experience. Replace the cover, select your mist setting, and allow the space to fill. For an evening ritual, try Lavender to wind down. For moments of overwhelm or a reset during the day, reach for Balance. Flip between both depending on your mood and what your space needs.
For massage, dilute 2 drops of either oil with 10ml of a carrier oil and apply to skin. Both oils can also be used in a warm bath for a deeply restorative soak.
